Team Manager

Team managers play a vital role in the success of a softball team, both on and off the field. Team managers are typically responsible for recording volunteer hours, implementation and updating of the schedule in the Crossbar app, help coaches communicate with parents and players, and training on bookkeeping. There is one team manager per team.

Team managers must be registered with USA Softball before being able to complete any of the below training courses. Please visit the link below to create your free profile.

***All successful background checks expire on August 31st regardless of when they were completed!***

Below is where you can find the Background Check tab in your USA Softball Dashboard.

Every team manager must complete and turn in a background check prior to the first practice. There are no exceptions. Background checks are $22.00/person and will be reimbursed by the treasurer once proof of completion is verified by the coach coordinator.
