ACE coaching education must be completed prior to the first practice. No exceptions. You can find your ACE status on your USA Softball Dashboard. Example below.

ACE COACHING EDUCATION

The ACE (Aspire, Challenge, Encourage) Coaching Program is a coaching education program, developed and designed to provide softball coaches of all levels – from beginning coaches to experienced veterans – an opportunity to be educated as a coach with a national softball organization.

The head coach is required to be ACE certified at all times. We encourage all coaches to take the ACE training. As with background checks, ACE training can be reimbursed by the treasurer once proof of completion is verified by the coach coordinator.
